1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER
4 P.M AND CHECK-OUT IS 11A.M. Greek Time.
NO Early
Check-in or late check-out.
2. This is a NON SMOKING unit.
3. Pets are not permitted in
rental units under any conditions.
4. DAMAGE/BOOKING DEPOSIT- A
damage/booking deposit of $200 is required.
This
must be received within seven (7) days of booking the
reservation. The
deposit
automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon
arrival. The
deposit
is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable
within (14)
days of
departure, provided the following provisions are met:
a. No
damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear
and tear.
b. No
charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection
of rents or
services
rendered during the stay.
c. All
debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and
soiled dishes are
placed
in the dishwasher and cleaned.
d. All
keys are left in the door.
e. All
charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to
departure.
f. No
linens are lost or damaged.
g. NO
Early check-in or late check-out.
h. Air
conditioners are available for the comfort of the Tenants
to insure a
pleasant
vacation. When in operation, the Tenant shall close all
windows and
doors in
the areas being cooled by the air conditioners. The Tenant
will not
operate
the air conditioners when the Tenants are not present in
the house. The
air
conditioners shall not be set to temperatures lower than 23
degrees
Centigrade.
The owner reserves the right to enter the rental in the
absence of
the
Tenants to turn-off air conditioners left in operation when
the Tenants are
not on
the premises. Persistent failure to observe these
conditions will result in
the air
conditioners being disabled for the duration of the
rental.
i. The
renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of
the owner) or the
local
law enforcement.
j. The
movement or relocation of furniture and furnishings is
prohibited and
linens,
blankets, pillows and/or towels do not to leave the
premises.
k. No
social functions or guests are permitted on the premises
unless prior
approval
is obtained from the owners.
5. PAYMENT –Full
payment of rental will be due upon arrival and
BEFORE
occupying
the unit. Payment can be made by Visa / Mastercard or cash.
If you
prefer
to pre-pay your rental payments will be made via PayPal
only. Should you
decide,
for whatever reason, you do not want to occupy your rental
you will
forfeit
the security/booking deposit.
6. CANCELLATIONS – A
sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations
that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the
arrival date
will
incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a
shortened stay,
that are
made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the
damage/reservation
deposit.
Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund
of rent or
deposit.
7. The
tenant shall allow the Landlord access to the premises for
the purpose of
repair
and inspection. Landlord shall exercise this right in a
reasonable manner.
Except
in the case of emergency, the Landlord shall give the
Tenant reasonable
notice
before exercising the right of access. An emergency
includes but is not
limited
to closing open windows, doors, and shutters during
inclement weather in
the
absence of the Tenant; securing of air conditioners left
running in the
absence
of the Tenants, repairs to broken or leaking water or
sewage pipes,
leaking
bathroom or kitchen fixtures, electrical shorts, broken
windows, broken
appliances,
etc.; extinguishing fires; earthquake damage assessments;
etc.
8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The
maximum number of guests per one bedroom
apartment
is limited to four (4) persons. An additional charge or 10
euro per
person
per night for guests in addition to eight (8) will be
assessed. THIS
PROPERTY
REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
9.
Longer
minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a
rental is
taken
for less than two days, the guest will be charged the
two-night rate.
10. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates
include a one-time linen-towel setup and maid
service.
11. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While
linens and bath towels are included in the
unit,
daily maid service is not included in the rental rate
however is available at
an
additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do
not permit towels
or
linens to be taken from the units.
12. RATE CHANGES – Rates
subject to change without notice.
13. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any
reservation obtained under false pretense
will be
subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or
rental money,
and the
party will not be permitted to check-in.
14. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any
exceptions to the above mentioned policies
must be
approved in writing in advance.
Liabilities: Tenant
agrees to assume all liability and hold the Landlord
harmless
from any
and all injuries to persons or damage to property caused by
the Tenant
or any
other authorized occupants staying on the premises. Tenant
agrees to
pay any
cost and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the landlord
in defending
any
lawsuit or other action brought in reference to such
injuries or damage. All
disputes
and/or lawsuits shall be handled under Greek Legislature
and only in
Greek
courts of law. All personal property on the premises is at
the Tenants risk
and the
Landlord shall not be held liable for any damage to the
Tenants personal
property.
The
Tenant assures the Owner that the Tenant and all members of
the Tenant’s
group
including any guests or visitors of the Tenant or Tenant’s
group will
observe
all conditions and terms of this agreement and will conduct
themselves
in a
manner inoffensive to neighbors and in accordance to the
laws and
regulations
of Greece.
Acceptance: By making the damage/booking deposit via PayPal
(or bank wire), I,
the
Tenant, attest that I have read and understood the terms
and conditions of
this
agreement and consider this to be a legal and binding
agreement.
