Aegean Villas wants to make sure that you enjoy your stay with us. Therefore we ask that you read these terms and conditions carefully.
Reservations
Reservations can be made through www.aegean-villas.com on the internet, by phone/fax or in person. The booking deposit of 200 euro per rental and acceptance of our rental agreement is required in order for us to hold your rental unit. Upon arrival the 200 euro booking deposit will automatically become a security/damage deposit and will be returned to you up to fourteen (14) days after your departure. The deposit will be made via PayPal as well as the refund. This deposit money will be used for damages made to rental unit and/or outdoor areas within complex. We will also hold money for additional cleaning charges should renter(s) leave the unit and surrounding living area in abnormally dirty condition.
Damages All breakage and rental damage during your occupancy must be reported to us ASAP. Tenants are responsible for and are expected to assume liability for any damage to the rental and its contents, other than normal wear and tear, during their occupancy. Premises will be inspected carefully after your departure, and your deposit will be adjusted if any damage is found.
Forgotten Personal Items We are not responsible for personal items left in the unit. If you wish us to mail forgotten items there will be a €15 service charge plus whatever COD charges may apply. Items that have not been claimed after a 30 day period shall be donated to charity.
Relocation There should be no expectation of compensation or relocation because you don't like the property or something in the property isn't working to your satisfaction. If there are open units and you wish to relocate there will be no compensation if the unit you choose is priced lower than the unit you booked. If you relocate from a lower priced unit to a higher priced unit, then balance of rental must be paid in full before relocation.
Parking Each rental unit has parking for 1 car or van. However, there is plenty of space for an extra car in the visitor parking areas. NOTE: Parking is on-site but not gated. Not all parking spots are covered.
Refunds Once you have made your booking/damage deposit and thus agreed to our rental contract, you are bound to the terms and conditions of that contract until your scheduled departure date and time. There will be no refunds for any mechanical failure of air conditioning, dishwasher, washer, dryer, TV, DVD's, satellite, phones and other appliances. All electrical appliances are frequently checked to ensure they are working properly. If a maintenance problem should arise please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to solve the problem.
Telephones Your own personal mobile phone is advised.
Internet
At the moment we have internet access via USB modem. If bringing your laptop please let me know so that we can arrange the use of our modems. The connection speed is faster than ISDN but not as fast as ADSL. It wavers between 2G and 3G depending on various circumstances.
Working Hours
You may call us from 9am - 5pm Greek time. If you would like to contact us by phone after work hours, we can arrange a calling time via e-mail. Otherwise please contact us by e-mail. We usually respond within 24 hours. While you are staying with us we will be available 24/7 if you need us.
We live on site so that we can be of service to you. However, we HIGHLY respect our guests privacy and ensure that you will not be disturbed without notice (except in emergencies).
A Note To Smokers
Please be extra careful while smoking outside. Take the
time to make sure your cigarette/cigar/pipe is completely
out before walking away. Never throw a cigarette butt on
the ground. Let’s avoid ALL causes of fires.
Disclaimer
We reserve the right to refuse
rental to families, individuals and groups we feel may
disrupt in any way our business. We welcome families,
individuals and groups who will respect our property and
other renters in our complex. Should renter (s)
blatantly disturb or show obvious disrespect to other
tenants and/or environment and/or property, they will be
asked to vacate immediately without any refund.
