On the Aegean Balcony

P1010047
Summer season has officially kicked in with the 3 day weekend. We have been open since the Greek Easter, but this is the unofficial Official opening of the season in Ammouliani.

We were full.

I must say that it has been a wonderful weekend for us. Our guests, some from last year and some from this spring and others that stumbled upon our little paradise, were all EXCEPTIONAL people. I feel full of warmth and gratitude towards them for showing us their love and respect to us, the property and the other guests next to them.

We had some wonderful conversations on the "Aegean Balcony" (formerly known as the less-expressive "Welcome area" thanks to Dina and her lovely, creative mind) about what it means to homeschool and the endless benefits a life of free learning has. I have to figure out a way so that I don't have to carry the paintings back to the house in the evenings. I posted the only photo I have right now of my new "studio". When I get some photos of the........
***FLASH***
I just had an idea! Maybe I can get our guests to send me their photos and I'll create a photo album for each of them on the website! Dimitri, one of our new guests, took lots of photos... it would be wonderful to have them available to everyone here on our little website.... what do you think?

Life is short and needs to be lived, otherwise, what's the point? Get out there and feed your dreams....

Be well......
